1.Non-Refundable Orders:

Once a food order has been confirmed and delivered, it cannot be cancelled or refunded due to the perishable nature of food.

2.When Refunds Apply:

Refunds may be issued only if:

•The order was cancelled by DMamaPut, the cook, or the restaurant.

•A payment was deducted but the order was not placed.

•You were charged twice for the same order.

•The delivered order was completely incorrect or significantly incomplete (must be reported within 24 hours with evidence).

3.How to Request a Refund:

4.Processing Time:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the same payment method used.

5.Third-Party Payments:

Payments made through Flutterwave or other gateways are subject to their own terms. DMamaPut will assist in resolving any payment-related issues.
